Grünkohl

We had Gruenkohl (for lunch) again and I had my camera with me, so I can upload a photo of it now 
The meal was not complete though, the gammon steak (or ‘lightly smoked loin of pork’ says my dictionary) was missing, but the what we call ‘pinkel’ sausage (spicy smoked fatty pork sausage) and the belly of pork meat are on the plate.
