oh titania, i think the cake wasn’t that good my dad said the same…too much sugar, fresh yeast is maybe better than the dry one to make a more fluffy yeast cake.
i’m looking for another, better recipe soon.
if the cake has the taste like i know it from my grand-granny i’ll post the recipe, ok? just give me some time…too much stress at the moment. but i’ll let you know…
