Rainy day but on cloud nine

Hey-ho!!!
As you could read yesterday I waited for a package from my sweetheart.
And: it arrived today! Yes, it can rain the whole day today (it does!) because I am on cloud nine In Germany we say “auf Wolke sieben”, that would mean cloud seven, not nine. So I am floating even higher in English…haha.
