missy’s Delicious Bread Baking Showroom
Lately I bake a lot of bread. Usually, I use my bread baking machine, but the last breads were made only with my hands, my mixer, and the oven. I think, the outcome is impressive!
Here are some results, one bread from July this year, the others are all from October:
In letzter Zeit habe ich sehr viel Brot selbst gebacken. Bisher habe ich dazu meinen Brotbackautomaten genutzt, aber in letzter Zeit habe ich ihn stehen gelassen und nur meine Hände, meinen Mixer und den Ofen benutzt. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen!
Hier sind ein paar Ergebnisse, ein Brot vom Juli, die anderen alle aus Oktober:

Meine Favoriten sind das dritte, das fünfte und das sechste Brot. Wenn ihr ein Rezept haben möchtet, lasst es mich bitte wissen. Dann werde ich es hier veröffentlichen.

No, actually it is not a lot of work. Trust me, it is easy, you just need about 45 to 60 minutes for the yeast to grow and about 1 hour in the oven to bake. I don’t want to buy bread in the stores anymore, because it is just so easy and you really know what you eat!
