Ich gestehe, (auch) ich war gedoped - I admit, I doped myself

GERMAN:
Heute ging es zurück. Stuttgart und Schwesterherz winke winke. Um kurz nach zehn Uhr fuhren wir los und neun Stunden später waren wir back in home town. Ich bin die komplette Tour durchgefahren und muss sagen, ich war noch NIE so fit während irgendeiner Autotour. Normalerweise werde ich nach 3-4 Stunden Fahrt müde und muss dann nen Fahrertausch machen. Diesmal nicht. Ich war nach sieben Stunden so fit, als wäre ich grad eine Stunde gefahren. Ok, ich verrate es euch. Auch ich habe gedoped. Allerdings musste ich dafür nicht in die Apotheke. Ich habe einfach acht Stunden Schlaf gehabt, gefolgt von einem ordentlichen Frühstück (inkl. N*utell*a) und habe dann auch noch während der Fahrt meine (Autofahr-) Brille getragen, die meine Augen anscheinend nicht müde gemacht hat. Also, wer sagts denn. Ich bin fit wie’n Turnschuh! Morgen und morgen arbeite ich in Rendsburg. Textilpromo in einem bekannten realen Markt. Acht Stunden stehen schlaucht bestimmt mehr als neun Stunden Autobahn…mal sehen. Nun aber ins Bettchen. Gute Nacht.

Waving to Stuttgart (Baden-Württemberg) and to my sister. Today we drove back to the North. It took us nine hours, which I drove alone, because I was totally fit and not tired at all. Normally I get tired after three to four hours of driving. Not today though. I cannot count the reconstruction areas that we passed on the highway; too many. Speed between 60 km/h and 180km/h, one longer break, one ‘toilet break’. After seven hours of driving on the highway I felt as if it only was one hour. Ok, I will tell you my secret. I doped myself, as well. Luckily I did not have to go to the pharmacy for it. I just got eight hours of sleep, had a good breakfast (with N*utell*a), and wore my glasses (which I do not (really) need) during driving. I was (am) fit as a fiddle, yeah! Tomorrow and the next day I work in Rendsburg, doing a Promotion for clothings. Eight hours standing will probably be more exhausting than nine hours of fast autobahn driving…I will see. Bed time. Pfingsten (Whitsun) Stuttgart wir kommen!

GERMAN:
In acht Stunden fahre ich mit meiner Mom runter nach Stuttgart, um meine Schwester über Pfingsten zu besuchen. Meine Sachen sind, bis auf ein paar Klamotten, die noch draussen auf der Leine zum Trocknen hängen, gepackt. Wenn man mit dem Auto fährt, nimmt man doch immer mehr mit, als man es sonst für sechs Tage tun würde. Aber so kann ich meiner Sis’ zum Beispiel ein paar neue Klamotten (u.a. zwei neue Anzüge) zeigen. Und wie gut, dass ich gerade vor zwei Tagen Unmengen an Obst gekauft habe, welches ich nun mitnehmen muss, bevor es meine Küche in eine Schimmel-und Fruchtfliegenhölle verwandelt. Meine Pflanzen, die ich übrigens erst seit ein paar Tagen wieder bei mir habe, denn sie waren ja die letzten Monate bei einem guten Freund von mir, haben noch mal eine Extraportion Wasser bekommen, um die nächste Woche zu überleben. Meine Nordic Walking Stöcke sind ebenfalls eingepackt. Mal sehen, ob ich dazu komme, auch da unten mein Sportprogramm fortzuführen. Morgen sollen es 30 Grad werden. Nur Wahnsinnige fahren an einem solchen Tag, der auch noch ein Freitag und dann auch noch ein Freitag vor Pfingsten ist, 800 km die A7 von Nord nach Süd. Hach ja, das wird fein. Mein Auto hat heute noch einen neuen Scheibenwischerarm bekommen (48 Euro @ Mercedes in town) und der Tank ist voll (ächz, 80 Euro kost das momentan). Na, dann mal in die Heia und morgen früh los. Drückt uns die Daumen, dass wir nicht zu doll im Stau stecken werden. Ich wünsche euch ein wunderschönes Pfingstwochenende!!

ENGLISH:
In less than eight hours I will drive down to Stuttgart with my mom, to visit my sister over the holidays (Whitsun). Everything is packed, except a few clothes that are still drying outside on a clothes line. Probably I take too much with me, but if one travels by car one can pack more than you really need. I gave my plants an extra portion water and also packed all food that would go bad. My nordic walking sticks are packed as well. I will see if I find time to discover Stuttgart’s nature. Tomorrow it is supposed to get 30 degrees Celsius. Only crazy people drive on a Friday, which is the Friday before Whitsun Sunday the autobahn from the north to the south of Germany (800 km). Yay, will be fun. Today my car got new windscreen wiper arms (48 Euro @ Mercedes in town) and the tank is full (sigh…80 Euro is the prize to pay at the moment). Well, I’m going to bed now because we leave early in the morning. Cross your fingers that we survive the holiday traffic jams on the highway(s).

GERMAN:
Es juckte mal wieder in meinen Fingern und ich habe mir nun wieder ne horizontale Navigation gebaut. Finde es doch übersichtlicher, als alles in der Sidebar zu haben. Was meint ihr?
Auch hatte ich mal Lust auf einen nicht ganz so weißen Hintergrund und habe nun dem Hintergrund ein feines Muster verpasst. Ihr wisst ja, ich brauch ab und an mal etwas Abwechslung. Grins.
Ach ja, das Foto aus der Sidebar ist auch erstmal wieder raus und die Sidebar wurde umgeräumt und umdesigned. Gefällt mir jetzt besser.

ENGLISH:
It itched in my fingers again and I build a horizontal navigation for my blog again. I think it makes the navigation more clear and it is less confusing than having it only as text links in the sidebar. What do you think?
Also, I wanted to give my white background a tiny little pattern. You know, Cola needs changes once in a while. Grin.
Temporary, the photo in the sidebar has been removed and I rearranged and redesigned the sidebar as well. I like it better now.

Green Cola in sportlicher Mission

Den Tag zuvor noch in sauer gelegen und am nächsten Tag schon wieder breitgrinsend in kawasaki-grün durch die Gegend gelaufen.
Wir waren in Itzehoe auf einem Laufevent. Das Wetter war leider nicht so gut, die meiste Zeit regnete, oder sagen wir lieber schüttete, es. 14 Stunden und mir vergeht das Lächeln einfach nicht, auch wenn ich mir teilweise doch sehr dumme Sachen anhören muss. Drüberstehen, lächeln, die Kunden animieren. Immer wieder gerne. Hauptsache die Bilder sind im Kasten. Macht mir auch nach Jahren immer noch viel Spaß.
