I love maple syrup but what is this?
Feb 24, 2008 ~ filed under: Delicious & English ~ 0 comments »Ehm, I just opened the maple cream that was in my late Christmas package, but it doesn’t look as if it is…ehm…ok still.
And…it stinks smells very bad, like vinegar or alcohol…the smell makes me not wanting to eat it really. First I thought the white stuff could be sugar. When I opened it, the white chunk sticked to the lid and fell into the container like a slime something. But why does the content smells so bad? I know how maple syrup smells…and I love the smell…very delicious smell. Not this “cream” though. Hmm, too bad. 
[was this fresh or, ehm, you remember the little cranberry honey? *g*]
