Warum wurden die unzulaessigen Angebote anderer Anbieter nicht
geloescht?

Wir kuemmern uns aktiv darum, dass die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und die
eBay-Grundsaetze auf dem Marktplatz eingehalten werden. Unser
Sicherheitsteam fuehrt regelmaessige Kontrollen durch und geht allen
Hinweisen unserer Mitglieder zuverlaessig nach.

Wer mit seinem Angebot gegen die eBay-Grundsaetze verstoesst, muss mit

Es war also doch auch das 007 Spiel, wie BN gestern noch scherzhaft meinte…krass!

Na, dann werde ich das wohl nochmal einstellen, ohne die besagten zwei Spiele…na dolle Wurst.
Leider ist ja mein Artikel komplett gelöscht worden und ich muss mir den Text wieder neu zusammenfriemeln.

Nintendo64 Konsole angeboten und eBay kickt mich raus?

Sie haben bei eBay folgendes Angebot bzw. folgende Suchanzeige eingestellt:

110242980460 - Nintendo64 Konsole + 1 Contr. + 6 TOP Spiele + Zubehör

Ihre eBay-Gebuehren fuer diesen Artikel wurden Ihrem Mitgliedskonto gutgeschrieben. Alle Bieter fuer diesen Artikel wurden von der Streichung informiert.

Ihr Angebot bzw. Ihre Suchanzeige verletzt jedoch den eBay-Grundsatz Jugendgefaehrdende Medien und wurde deshalb beendet. Gemaess unseren Allgemeinen Geschaeftsbedingungen duerfen Angebote bzw Suchanzeigen, welche gegen rechtliche Vorschriften oder die eBay-Grundsaetze verstossen, nicht bei eBay eingestellt werden.
Es ist verboten, jugendgefaehrdende Traegermedien bei eBay anzubieten. Bestimmte Traegermedien (z.B. Buecher, Zeitschriften, Bilder, Plakate, Schallplatten, Audio- und Videokassetten, DVDs, CDs oder CD-Roms) duerfen weder verbreitet, ueberlassen oder angeboten noch Kindern und Jugendlichen zugaenglich gemacht werden.

Folgende Traegermedien bei eBay anzubieten ist unzulaessig:

- Bildtraeger mit Filmen oder Spielen, die nicht gekennzeichnet sind

Es ist bei eBay verboten, Filme oder Spiele anzubieten, die von der Freiwilligen Selbstkontrolle der Filmwirtschaft (FSK) oder von der USK (Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle) mit der Freigabe “ab 18″ bzw. “Keine Jugendfreigabe” gekennzeichnet sind oder nicht geprueft wurden.

Ist ein Musiktitel durch die Bundespruefstelle fuer jugendgefaehrdende Medien in die Liste der indizierten Medien aufgenommen worden darf er nicht bei eBay angeboten werden.

Symbole des Nationalsozialismus bzw. Artikel mit Bezug zum Nationalsozialismus duerfen bei eBay nicht angeboten werden. Hierzu zaehlen Tontraeger mit antisemitischen oder den Nationalsozialismus verherrlichenden Inhalten.

Was soll denn der Scheiss??
Ich habe diese Nintendo64 Konsole samt Spielen
vor ein paar Stunden bei eBay reingesetzt. War mir gar nicht bewusst, dass da was jugendgefährdendes dabei ist. Wenn ich nur wüsste was, dann würde ich es rausnehmen. Ich kenne die Spiele nicht…ist auch nicht meine Konsole (ächem), will das blöde Ding loswerden…nur wie jetzt?
Hat jemand Interesse? Oder weiss wer, welches Spiel dieser Spiele (siehe Foto) only ab 18 Jahre ist, bzw. als jugendgefährdend eingestuft ist?

Cola Sales Weather Conflict

Warum muss es immer vor dem ersten Sonntag im Monat regnen? Am ersten Sonntag im Monat ist doch immer Flohmarkt und ich muss endlich ein paar Sachen loswerden. Die letzten zwei Male sind wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht gefahren. Morgen wollten wir (uns) nun eigentlich (überwinden) endlich früh (nachts) aufstehen, um dann unsere sieben(tausend) Sachen zu packen, um sie hoffentlich alle zu verkaufen. Wetter.com sagt 90% Regen für morgen voraus. Na toll! Ich dachte, es sollte morgen wieder besser werden? Sollen wir es wirklich wagen, im Regen unseren Tisch und unsere Sachen aufzubauen? Ich bin ja so überhaupt nicht Flohmarkt regenerprobt…An was muss man da denken, ausser regenfeste Kleidung und Plastikplanen (wenn wir da überhaupt welche haben)…?
Och, ist doch alles wieder echt bescheiden…dieses x%??$%&$ deutsche Sommerwetter….arghhh!
Ach übrigens, am Montag nur noch 10% Regenwahrscheinlichkeit.

Why does it have to rain always the days before the first Sundays of a month? On the first Sunday in a month there always is a flea market and I really need to get rid of some stuff. The last two possible times we stayed at home, because of the rainy weather. Tomorrow we wanted to overcome ourselves, get up in the middle of the night, pack out seven(thousand) things to hopefully sell them all. The weather forecast at wetter.com predicts 90% rain. Very well! I thought it should get better tomorrow? Shall we really dare to build up our stand with our things in the rain? I am not experienced with rainy flea market weather…What do I need to think of, besides rain-proof clothes, plastic covers (if we have them at all)…? Sighing, everything just craPPy..and this %&$??”§%$ German summer weather…arghhh!
By the way, on Monday the chance of rain is supposed to be only 10%.

Don’t halloo till you’re out of the wood!

It was so warm in Kiel today that I didn’t have to wear a jacket! Wow, really, me, the “Frostködel” or with other words, the always freezing Cola. It’s December and it’s so warm, that it’s hard to get the Christmas feeling. Christmas this year means for me that I fly to New Mexico to start a new chapter of my life.
I work quite a lot in my sales promotion jobs this month. That’s good on one hand, because I won’t earn money the next three months at least. On the other hand I’m so busy at work and with everything else that I’m tired and wasted on my little bit of free time. I stopped my eBay (selling) life and concentrated on the only very very important to-do things. Well, in my actual condition mistakes can happen easily. Today the buyer of one of my last eBay sales called me. She expected to get a perfume but unfortunately she got a backpack. Oops. Double oops. Triple…sigh. Oh nooo!
I was very glad that this person was very nice and understanding and knowing that I’m moving to another country (I guess she read my eBay profile) She said, this mistake of mixing two package labels can happen but I shouldn’t worry, we’ll find a solution. Well, the perfume is probably in Hamburg now, while the backpack is in another federal state, in Hessen. I really mixed the labels and glued them on the wrong package. Damn! And I controlled them both before I hurried on my way to work (early in the morning…obviously too early for my brain) to the gas station (where we now can send packages with the Hermes service). It happened last Saturday. Too bad. These two packages were the ones that I had trouble with eBay a few weeks ago. eBay had technical problems and I didn’t get any bids in the last hours. Finally I got my eBay fees for these articles back. Now I must pay the postal double Ok, I hope it’s not more than 8 Euro if they both send each other the (right) packages with the same Hermes service, which is cheaper than sending it with the regular German Mail.
I cannot await leaving Germany and relax in my hon’s arms…19 days left until I fly….from these I work on 14 days (between 7 and 14 hours per day), only 5 (free) days for packing and organizing left…how should I relax?!

Damn Spam and Ebay Junk

Normally I don’t read over my Spam that is being filtered by my Blog’s Anti-Spam tool (that catches comment Spam), but this one is very outrageous (ok every Spam is just not worth to speak about it), but well, read this: “Please, e-mail us at stop(at)forseowork(.)info if you want to remove your blog from our database (it’ll stop messages from us)….” Hahaha!

I changed the email address and please don’t send them anything, of course it is a catch! For those who don’t know: if you send an email to this stupid guys they will probably throw tons of Spam emails back to you. I promise. I hate these people on this planet. Ahhrgghhh!!! Give me something I can throw at all these people out there who really think that their effort is worth anything. It is not, you stupid DNA people (desoxiribonucleinacid) (or in German: DNS=desoxiribonukleinsäure; thanks to my sister!).

I’m in a very dangerous mood right now. Better don’t talk to me today. Not only because of this Spam message, also because Ebay really sucks most of the time. I just want to sell all my stuff before I leave Germany, but most of the time it’s very time-consuming, EXPENSIVE and not working as it should!!
You pay quite a lot of fee on every item you sell. For that you get a very bad website with a bad design (bad usability as well). Also, their website doesn’t work properly, especially on Sundays (common problem). Why on Sundays? Most auctions end on a Sunday and the website has not enough power (let’s say it that way) to handle the amount of visitors. Very bad, guys!

My personal problem with this unreliable eBay service is: when nobody can log in or browse (my) auctions that means: nobody can bid on my auctions!!! This means I sell my stuff for mostly 2 Euro (if nobody bid on it yet) and you know that most of the people bid in the last hour and minutes… Still I have to pay the eBay fee what is at least about 1 or 2 Euro plus a 5% commission fee for items until 50 Euro. Arghhhhh, I hate bad services, yes!!!

I will claim back my fees for this weekends’ auctions, that’s for sure! Don’t accept other companies service failures, (re)ACT!
It’s interesting that a lot of other eBay people feel the same, as I read on the German eBay “Stammtisch” (regulars) site.

Ja und so ergeht es mir seit über eine Stunde!!!! I cannot get into “MyEbay”, I cannot log in anything on this f***ing website.
I will think about selling my stuff elsewhere or donate it somewhere (where? If you know good places, I’m glad to know) or just throw it away.
Except for the new and good stuff.
Would be less stress, less wrinkles ;o) and the good feeling that I don’t throw more money at bad (monopolistic) services.
Most important: the earlier I get rid of my stuff, the earlier I can leave for NEW MEXICO :o)

It’s now 9 pm ( 2 hours later) and I still cannot log into my eBay account! Damn it!
